Our Wedding Rates

Our wedding rates are not based upon what we think you'll
pay us or upon some convoluted formula.  Instead, our
rates are plain and simple.  We charge $800 for three
hours of live music!
 

After playing live with no breaks for three hours, our rate is then
lowered to $125 per hour, thereafter.  So, if we play live music
for a total of five hours, your total cost is $1,250.  If your event
is more than 50 miles away, we may ask to be reimbursed for
travel and/or lodging expenses, but we'll always negotiate with
you in advance.  

That's it!  No hidden charges and no surprises.  If you
want a contract or performance agreement, we'll provide
one.  We're also happy to play music on a handshake.

love our music, we provide a double-your-money back

in writing on your contract.  Oh, by the way,
we're always willing to negotiate our rate or payment schedule.

Generally, here's how many of our clients utilize our services:

Rehearsal Reception: Many of my clients want us to play during
the reception of their wedding rehearsal, and it's not always just
playing quiet music in the background.  They want to dance!  

Wedding Ceremony:  Very often, we're asked to play pre-recorded 
classical music for the ceremony. It's one less thing for anyone to
worry about.  However, more and more couples are requesting a
combination of original music for the ceremony with some
traditional pre-recorded classical music.  Because the wedding
ceremony is usually in a different location than the reception,
we'll set up different musical and sound equipment in each location.

Wedding Reception:  Immediately following the wedding ceremony,
and while the wedding party is involved in the photography session,
we're on the way to the location of the reception.  We'll arrive before any
of the guests and will play piano quietly for about an hour.  As MC, we'll
announce the members of wedding party when they arrive.

Dinner:  As MC, we'll introduce all the people making toasts, explain the
logistics for dinner, and then play quietly in the background while
everyone is eating.  We also provide a microphone for guests who want 
make announcements (or sing). For the rest of the evening, we'll make
certain all of your requests and wedding activities run smoothly.

Dance Party:  This is the time when we crank up the volume to get your
party started.  Of course, we'll continue to coordinate all of your activities
and provide the kind of dance music everyone, at any age, loves to hear.
We're also ready for the would-be singers, musicians and speechmakers 
who want to use the guest microphone -- if you're willing.  we'll also make
a video for you, and subsequently a DVD, of all your special dances.      

Wedding Video:  While you're on your Honeymoon, we'll work directly with
your videographer to produce original music for the soundtrack of your
wedding video.
